Rebekah & Steve

Well, it's official. Winter has hit Indiana and we definitely noticed it on Monday during Rebekah and Steve's session. We contemplated doing them indoor somewhere, but we went outside instead. Despite the cold air, we got some excellent shots and had a great time getting to know Rebekah and Steve. I love engagement sessions because it gives us a chance to get to know the couple better. Unfortunately, we are booked for their wedding date, but honored to have the opportunity to take their engagement pictures and get to know them a bit--what a sweet couple... Rebekah and Steve-thanks again for choosing us to document this special time. We wish you the best as you plan for your special day and your new life together. Blessings to you both.

Portraits

I apologize for being a bit behind on our postings. Jeremy was a bit under the weather last week and I was trying to get caught up on our editing. However, here is a sampling of what was captured last week. The first set of pictures are from the newborn session. Do you remember the post with Jonathan David? C-section? Well, here he is a couple of weeks later and he is absolutely adorable. He did so well...even after all of the positions we put him in. Thanks Jeff and Tessa for allowing us the opportunity to document, yet, another special milestone for your family.

The second set of pictures are of Sarah. Sarah is a senior this year and it was an absolute delight to get to meet her. She has the sweetest personality and we laughed and laughed throughout the session. One of the things I loved about Sarah was hearing about her passions and goals for her life. She is determined to be who she was created to be and I love it! Thanks Sarah for choosing us to capture this special time in your life. Blessings to all of you!!

Kevin & Abigail

What a beautiful day! Kevin and Abby got married Saturday at Holy Spirit at Geist and had their reception at the Oak Hill Mansion. They couldn't have asked for a better day...especially this time of year. It had rained...A LOT...on Friday so we were somewhat limited as to where we took their pictures. So, after discussing our options we decided to head downtown to capture some moments. This worked out perfectly because they actually got engaged downtown at the circle. We had so much fun getting to know them and truly enjoyed being a part of their day.

Thank you, Kevin and Abby, for letting us be a part of your day. It was absolutely amazing. We can't wait to share the rest of the pictures with you. Blessings to the both of you!

The Moore Family

We had the opportunity to take pregnancy pictures of Mark, Kelli & Dylan. They are close friends of ours so we had a lot of fun taking their pictures. Here is a small sampling from their session. I hope you enjoy them and we can't wait to meet little Beau!!

Isabelle Lawson

We had a special visit from Vermont...Isabelle Lawson! Actually, they came to see family, but we still got to see them, too. We did a session with her when she was only 6 weeks old. She has gotten so big! We even got a picture with Isabelle and Eli, their dog. If you've been on our website you'll see a picture of the two of them at their first session. Anyway, here is a taste of the adorable pictures we got of Isabelle. We hope you enjoy!

Jeremy & Cassandra

This was our second year shooting a New Year's Eve wedding. It was absolutely beautiful! Jeremy and Cassandra are so much fun to be around and so in love. We have enjoyed getting to know them and are absolutely delighted that they chose us to capture their special day. Jeremy & Cassandra, thank you so much for letting us be a part of your wedding day. The pictures look awesome!! Have fun in the Dominican! P.S. Notice the flowers below...I think this can go for a record as the world's largest wedding bouquet. It was gorgeous, but shockingly heavy! :)

Happy New Year!!!

We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and a blessed new year! We were a little delayed getting our Christmas cards to everyone, so they have now become New Year's cards. :) If we have your address you will be receiving yours shortly. Until then, here it is!
